Subject: WinSave should be called WinSucks!
Comment: Buyer Beware! The old adage of you get what you pay for is so true - especially with WinSave. In an ideal hosting utopia, WinSave’s hosting packages are fine; however as soon as there’s a problem – and there will be – be prepared to spend several hours and several days on hold and in the meantime your long distance bill is racking due to their inability to provide you with the service and support that you’re entitled to. When you do finally talk to someone, you’re bounced around from department to department, never speaking to the same person twice, so you’ll be repeating your problem over and over to no avail, because you’ll be either transferred again or someone will ‘promise it will be resolved in the hour.’ But that hour will come and go, along with the next one and next one. In my case, it was a week before I was finally told that my site was ‘lost’ and no backup existed….and that was after days of talking to WinSucks wonderful tech support department. Bottom Line: If you ever have a problem, WinSave will make promise after promise, but you're S.O.L. at the end of the day!
