Subject: VERY Unreliable
Comment: The servers are slow, the Customer Support is non-existent-- it's as if SiteTurn was actually run by three guys with a couple of servers in the basement of their Mom's house.
Also, they are NOT honoring their 30-day money-back guarantee, so don't even bother signing up with them in the first place. Be forwarned-- avoid SiteTurn at all costs!

Subject: poor service and false gaurantee
Comment: I signed up for the service November last Year. They provide me with 500MB of space and mysql db access. The service sound so good with their 30 days money back guarantee. I was building my website for about 15 days and during those time, I had about 10 hours of down time. I called their tech support and the answer was they were doing some maintenance on the server. Without sending email to their customer, they were doing memory upgrade for 10 hours? I think that is very unreliable statment. I was very angry with their service and customer service and send the request to cancel my account. Again they cancelled my account but giving me no money back. Billing is impossible to contact. their customer service and tech support doesn't care about your billing issue and only way to contact billing is by email which you rarely get reply.
The reason was I didn't provide them with the evidence. What evidence? don't they keep record of me calling? I never got any email from them saying That I need to provide with the evidence! Their website is guaranteeing 30 days moneyback guarantee with anykind of dissatisfation. I strongly not recommending the service to anybody. I don't think any company that doesn't care about the customer and their satisfation, should not exist!

Subject: Contact Info
Comment: I had difficulty reaching a live person to get a billing issue resolved until I came across a supervisor's contact information. I thought it might be helpful for others, so here it is.

Subject: Not trustworthy
Comment: I signed up for service last Feb, and was never able to log into my "manage" page without going through page after page of error screens related to the HTTPS certificante. I made requests to have this fixed that went unanswered. Finally by email I simply requested cancellation. I moved on to another host, and three more bills for 40+ dollars came through over the next year before I finally caught on that they never did cancel me out. I submitted another request (there is no easy way to reach a human), and immediately got three auto-replies and three "Tracking numbers" for my request. That was new. I told them my problem, and of course they wanted me to "prove" I had requested cancellation by giving them a tracking number that they had never provided in the first place. After taking it up with the credit care company, the most they would do was cancel from there forward, even though any review of their own logs should have showed that there was no activity at all on that account.
I definitely should have followed this through to the end more carefully, and I do blame myself for that. but that aside, assuming I really was a subscriber in their eyes the whole while, it would still be inexcuble to simply allow my https problem to go unresolved, or if they did fix it, to not communicate the status of the request (I stopped trying after cancelling, but nobody ever wrote to say it had been fixed).
Just poor service, poor record keeping, and generally very easy to beat by competitors.

Subject: avoid SiteTurn Networks
Comment: Hosted with them for almost 3 months, switched before billing period ended due to wide array of problems. Debilitating technical failures, including delayed email delivery, inaccessible web site. Technical support and billing department are only available through email, and only seem to respond to inquiries selectively.
I've been with several poor web hosts, but SiteTurn is by far the worst, on top of being the least responsive company I've ever dealt with.
