Subject: Worst Host Ever
Comment: After less than a week with this company, my site has been hacked into (not because of a weak password) twice. I experienced 4 days of downtime while they repaired the server, and another day of downtime while they moved me to another server. They also changed the DNS server, so it would take 2 days for my domain to work again. This is besides a number of technical problems I had before the hacks. Everything from SQL and PHP not working, to lost data. I requested a refund from them on several occasions, and two weeks later got a reply telling me it would take 60 days for them to write me a check for $34.95. Be warned, this is not a host you want to deal with if you intend to run any kind of business.

Comment: I started with virtually no knowledge of the hosting business, and they have led me every step of the way to achieving a client base bigger than I ever thought. Thanks serverplex, I will support you every step of the way
