Subject: ehost-sucks.com!
Comment: This has got to be the worst hosting company I've ever seen. The net is open 24/7 so why isn't their customer support available 24/7 as they advertise? Also, you have to send an email to request additions of MySql databases. I put in a request last week and it still has not been fulfilled. I also put in a request last week for cancellation and nothing has happened. Whenever I call customer service, the people are extremely rude and quick to get me off the phone. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
