Subject: STAY AWAY!
Comment: I paid for 1 year of service in advance and had a jumpy service (their servers were very often down for me) However, I didnt want to move as I paid in advance and I didnt think they would return the money. The outstanding thing happened 6 months later. My mail stops coming and my website says "your account is suspended." I thought that maybe its because of the space use or just some kind of misunderstanding. How surprised I was not to get a decent explaination. In VERY rude emails I was cut in few words that I am not their customer anymore and Im not in their "billing system." I asked why and will they make my my partial return of the annual payment. When I threated to call my lawyer and that it goes out of any logic, they told me I can threaten them all I want and they dont care and they will ignore my emails from now on.
FOR GOD SAKE BEWARE. I do have my statements and payment confirmations and activation confirmations so I will see them in court.
Please STAY AWAY!
