Subject: My 1T3 experience
Comment: used this webhost for a period of 6 months, during that time my site was moved from 4 different servers each time I WAS RESPONSIBLE for moving my site. There was rarely a day where my site wasn't unavailable for several hours. There DNS servers constantly fail leaving some of my sub-domains (or even my main site) unavailable while others are (all hosted on same server). During my stay their server was hacked leaving down-time for all of their customers. The final time my site was moved I was never given notice and they took the old server offline resulting in complete data loss from last backup (Forum posts = gone). They claimed to be looking into recovering the data but never responded. When questioned they said and i quote "Unfortunately not as the older server is disconnected. Do not worry this will not happen on the new server." They said this is your new perm. server the last time. I GIVE THIS HOST THE LOWEST REVIEW POSSIBLE.
